Complaints channel
In the event that you wish to report a complaint related to possible irregular conduct linked to the activities of TECCO Automotive S.A., or any of its employees, we make available this Complaints Channel that allows any person to file a complaint regarding actions or omissions that may constitute alleged breaches of European Union Law, as well as any crime and administrative infringement, serious or very serious, that may occur in the course of the different activities carried out by TECCO Automotive S.A.
This Whistleblower Channel complies with and guarantees the total confidentiality of any complaint filed through this channel and complies with the legal requirements established in Law 2/2023, of February 20, 2023, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption (BOE No. 44 of February 21, 2023).
In accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of Law 2/2023, this Whistleblower Channel allows to register communications in writing and/or verbally, in such a way that the information may be made:
a/ In writing, by postal mail or by any electronic means provided for this purpose.
b/ Verbally, by telephone or via voice messaging system, in which case the informant will be warned that the communication will be recorded and will be informed of the processing of their data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December.
c/ By means of a face-to-face meeting at the request of the informant, within a maximum period of seven days from receipt of the request.
The information channels will even allow for the submission and subsequent processing of anonymous communications.
In the case of complaints made verbally, we advise you that the communication will be recorded in a secure, durable and accessible format, and that you will be informed of the processing of your data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Without prejudice to your rights under data protection regulations, you will be given the opportunity to verify, rectify and agree to the transcription of the conversation by signing it.
